What’s the status of my order?

Mp>You can find the tracking link by navigating to My Account > My Orders. Tap on the particular item to track your order.

The tracking link will be available only when the order shipment is created with the courier company and is in In Transit status.

What are the delivery charges at Nutrabay.com?

We cannot guarantee when the product will be in stock again. However, we recommend you check the website in a few days to see if the product is back in stock again.

An order, including its shipping address or payment method, cannot be modified after it is placed. If you need to make changes, you will have to cancel the current order and place a new one with the correct details.

You can directly cancel an order before it is in the ‘Dispatched’ state by navigating to My Account > My Orders and opening the particular order shipment you wish to cancel. On this page, you will get the option to cancel your order shipment.

Once the order is in the ‘Dispatched’ state, you cannot cancel your order shipment; you may refuse to accept the delivery. We will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders.

In a rare case where you find the shipping box damaged/tampered with or without the NUTRABAY branded tape, please reject it at the time of delivery (including prepaid orders) and contact us immediately. We will resolve the case or issue a refund as applicable
For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing the carton box from all sides and the issue. We may be unable to entertain claims of a damaged product being received without video proof of the unboxing.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Pay on Delivery orders, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer the money digitally. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
